drg. Berend is calm, thorough and very easy to talk to, the sort of dentist who answers the question you actually asked. He takes the time to lay out what he would do and what it would cost before anything starts, so there are no surprises once you are in the chair.

Our dental suite runs 09:00–20:00, seven days a week, and we set time aside each day for urgent problems. How quickly we can fit you in depends on the day and on what you need, so message us on WhatsApp with a photo of the tooth and roughly when you are free — we will tell you honestly what is possible rather than promise a slot we cannot hold.
The prices on this page are our published international charges, in Indonesian Rupiah, for the exact treatments listed. Like most international-standard clinics in Indonesia, we also operate a separate domestic tariff for Indonesian nationals and KITAS holders, which is standard practice here and is regulated. What matters for you: the figure we quote you in writing before treatment is the figure you pay. No consultation surcharge, no surprise line items.
Asta Medical Center is a fully accredited private clinic operated by PT Asta Medika Internasional, certified and verified by the Indonesian health authority (Standard Certificate 12280007223720003). Every dentist holds a current STR and SIP. Instruments are autoclave-sterilised, and needles, burs, gloves and suction tips are single-use only.
Yes. We issue a fully itemised invoice and a treatment report in English, with procedure descriptions your insurer will recognise. Ask the front desk when you check out and we will email the documents to you the same day. We accept cash, debit and major credit cards.
A lot. In-office whitening, scaling and polishing, composite fillings, direct veneers and emergency pain relief or extractions are all single-visit treatments. Root canals, crowns, indirect veneers and dentures normally need two visits a few days apart. Tell us your flight date and we will build the plan around it.
